Step1 : Download and Registration
App Download from Google Play/Apple Store
The Diahome App is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple Store. Search for “Diahome” in the listing, then click “download and install.”.
Patient Registration in the App
The registration process can be initiated by clicking the “Create New” button on the app’s home screen. To get started, you will need to provide your name, mobile number, date of birth, email address, and primary language preference.
The Diahome platform ensures that doctors are available from 7 am to 10 pm. During each consultation slot, patients will be given 15 minutes.
In-App Payments for Doctor Consultations
Booking consultations require payment up-front. Once you choose a time and date for your appointment, payment will be processed through a third-party payment gateway. Upon payment, the appointment is confirmed.
Physician Assistant Service through App
The platform will be manned with a qualified physician assistant.
Upon scheduling an appointment, the physician assistant will contact the patient and enquire about their main concerns.
The health coach will provide guidance for lab investigations and follow up with patient until consultation is completed.
Paying for the Lab Investigation through the app
Multi-lab partnerships have been established by Diahome throughout India.
Diahome will receive the lab test results and analyze the samples.
Click on the “Order Lab Test” button and have lab samples collected at your home. Upon ordering, you will receive the complete list of lab tests ordered by the Doctor.
The Blood Collection Executive collects blood and performs measurements and investigations at the patient’s home.
For this service, a certified phlebotomist will be employed.This team will be in charge of collecting the blood.
Prior to blood collection, the patient will be measured for height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, and pulse. Following the blood collection, the samples are sent to respective labs.
A Soft Copy of the Report will be Mailed to the Patient
Before your consultation, the report will be uploaded to the Diahome app.
Step4 : Pharmacy Service
Following a doctor’s consultation, an explanation of the prescribed drugs will be provided.
According to your test results, your doctor will prescribe the medication.
Through the app, the Physician Assistant will walk you through the medication.
Purchasing Medicine through the app
Once the patient pays for the medicines through the Diahome app, their medications will be delivered to their homes.

Diabetes Educator
The platform will be staffed by a trained diabetes educator who will impart knowledge and raise awareness about diabetes.Their responsibility involves teaching insulin techniques and how to use insulin. Professionals will train users on this platform on how to use the glucometer.
Health Coach

Upon scheduling an appointment, the physicianassistant/trainer/physiotherapist will assist the patient according to their needs. They will provide guidance for lab investigations and follow up with the patient until consultation is completed.
